Refund Policy — Elite Living Supps

At Elite Living Supps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, please read our refund and return guidelines below.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us at support@elitelivingsupps.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Non-returnable Items

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, or supplements where packaging has been tampered with.

  • Clearance or promotional items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless faulty.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure, and

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
