Refund Policy — Elite Living Supps

At Elite Living Supps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, please read our refund and return guidelines below.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about an item, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, with all original packaging, components, accessories, and tags included.
  • Before a return is approved, we require clear photos or a short video showing the items are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of used products, opened cartridges, opened pen tips, or any personal-use items that have been assembled, filled, or used.
  • A restocking fee of $7 USD / $10 AUD / £5 GBP per item applies to approved change-of-mind returns.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
  • Items returned incomplete, damaged, used, or not in resaleable condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund only.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and supporting photos/videos.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and testing our products. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with troubleshooting and the returns process, we require:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A short video clearly showing the issue
  • For peptide pen issues, the pen must be fully assembled during testing, including:
    • cartridge installed
    • pen tip/needle attached

In some cases, basic troubleshooting or recalibration steps may be requested before a replacement or refund is approved.

Where required under applicable consumer laws, we may also request that the product be returned for inspection and testing before processing a refund or replacement.

If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange either:

  • a replacement item, or
  • a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was confirmed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions outlined above, the refund may be reduced or declined.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Used or assembled peptide pens
  • Opened cartridges or pen tips
  • Any item showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused after delivery
  • Supplements or consumable products where packaging has been opened or tampered with
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items marked as “Final Sale” unless faulty under applicable consumer law

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state.

Compliance with Consumer Protection Laws

We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws in the countries where we operate and ship, including but not limited to:

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Guarantees your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund in case of faulty or not-as-described goods.

  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015: Provides protections for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive: Includes a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance sales (note: our change of mind policy is 7 days unless otherwise required by law).

  • U.S. State and Federal Laws: We adhere to FTC regulations and relevant state laws governing consumer rights and returns.

Where local laws provide for greater consumer protections than our standard policy (e.g. longer return periods or full refunds for change of mind), we will honour the statutory requirements.
